Patna : On the occasion of Nature Conservation Day, Humanaro Foundation organized a significant tree plantation drive under its flagship program, “Shree Vasundhara,” at Digha Ghat, Patna. This initiative underscores the organization’s unwavering commitment to environmental conservation and its mission to transform tree plantation into a statewide movement across Bihar.
The event commenced with the ceremonial planting of a Peepal tree by Suryakant Kumar Singh, guided by Kumar Vishal, co-founder of Humanaro Foundation. The program aims to foster environmental awareness and inspire communities to actively participate in preserving nature for future generations.
Speaking at the event, Kumar Vishal stated:
“Planting a tree is more than an act—it is a pledge to nurture and protect our environment. At Humanaro Foundation, we believe every individual must take responsibility for the care of the trees they plant.”
Reaffirming their dedication, the foundation’s members collectively resolved to expand the “Shree Vasundhara” initiative to all 38 districts of Bihar, ensuring sustained efforts in environmental conservation. The event saw enthusiastic participation from distinguished individuals, including Prabhanand Tiwari, Atulya Gunjan, Kishan Kumar, Mohit Raj, and Krisha Raj, alongside community members.
