The show is being introduced by AP Production, a new entertainment venture founded by Pritesh Patel, founder of Akshar Real Estate LLC, along with well-known entrepreneur Alpesh Patel. Planned as a high-production reality format, The UAE Rockstar will be entirely produced and hosted in Dubai. To ensure fair competition and wider participation, the show will be conducted in two categories — Junior and Senior — allowing both young and mature artists to compete within their respective groups.

For the first time in a reality show format, every selected participant will perform a personal original song, specially composed by leading Bollywood music composers. This concept shifts the focus from routine performances to artistic individuality, enabling contestants to present their own musical identity on a global stage.
The show is being creatively helmed by acclaimed Bollywood director Dushyant Pratap Singh, whose involvement brings strong cinematic sensibilities to the project.
